Gary is the Fixed Nuclear Facilities Program Manager at the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA); responsible for ensuring Planning, Training, Budget/Contracts and Exercise development/annual practice for State and local government response to our two nuclear plants in the event of an accident.
